big dreams, small talks

Saturday night, me and two of my friends decided to go out and try something new to eat. I wanted to eat at Sbarro and then the others agreed and tagged along. Mantri Square is a mall basically. The biggest problem about reaching there has gotta be the traffic and the roads leading to the mall. It sucks to know that being one of the biggest malls in Bangalore, there is no proper traffic control to the mall. Don't let me even get to the auto rickshaws. I think they are the people I hate the most in Bangalore.

It's been a while I have posted here. "While" isn't the word I'd say because it's been a very very long time since I have posted here. To be honest, I forgot this blog. Got lots of responsibilities and one of the biggest one is to become an engineer. Yes, you could read the last post I posted a year ago about how I was running around writing exams, trying to get through a college and get admission somewhere. I did it actually. I landed in B.M.S. College of Engineering which is in Bangalore, India. As fate had it, I ended up in the college with 6 of my classmates and my room mate being one of my closest friends.

Bangalore is an amazing city, with a couple of rude people here and there. But which city doesn't have them? I love this city! Especially it's weather. I ended up in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. I love Electronics with a bit of programming here and there so I thought I'd do something I like. It's gonna be a hard journey, especially four years. Worst part is being away from family, being away from home. And for me, home is where family is.

I did a couple of amazing things here, a couple of which I am really proud of. Alhamdulillah, it's been an amazing time here. Just four more years to go.

I just can't get enough of them. I just had the Boston Blue Burger today at Ruby Tuesday in Salmiya and it was the best burger I have ever tasted. I had ordered the patty to be medium done rather than the usual well done and surprisingly the patty tasted amazing and juicy. I bet it's probably because it was just me and my friends and another couple dining in the restaurant. I have a thing for cheeses, and to be honest, cheese tastes good with everything. It comes along with fries and costs KD 2.950. And Pepsi cost 950 fils so 4KD makes up for a really big dinner of 1500+ calories.

I have eaten all these burgers, and they are ranked from best to shit like the rest:

#1. Ruby Tuesday's Boston Blue Burger
#2. T.G.I Friday's Bacon Cheeseburger
#3. Applebee's Bacon Cheeseburger
#4. Johnny Rockets Rocket Double.
#5. UNO Chicago Grill Steakhouse Burger
#6. Hardees Steakhouse Burger
#7. Ruby Tuesday Triple Prime Bacon Cheddar Burger
#8. Great Steak & Potato Company's Bambini Burgers
#9. McDonald's Quarter Pounder
#10. McDonald's Cheeseburger

Pictured above is the Johnny Rocket's Rocket Double.

It's 2:39 PM right now and I swear to Allah, I thank the person who invented air conditioners. It's more than 50 degree celsius outside and the air conditioner in my bedroom is working hard to keep the room cool. What's wrong with the climate nowadays? It surely pisses the hell out of me, and I don't like it.
Another thing I hate about hot weather is that it makes me get angry pretty often and I get mad at my family if they tell me something to do. Oops! That's not right, but then knowing the heat is pissing me off, pisses me off more. I wanna go Avenues today, hoping to try out something new to eat. Hope the visit to the mall is fun.

OH! And my All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) result came out. :D I rank 10284 in my state, which is all that I need. Hopefully, I do something good in life. I was never the study-loving kind of kid. Mom and Dad used to scream their ass out just to make me study. I feel bad at times, I always did. I am the worst in studies in my family and sometimes it kills me. I don't come from a rich family, so money is always an issue for me. I spend a lot though, Dad and Mom never want to see my sad face so they live like crap and make me live like a prince. I have 4-5 years more to go, to study, to earn something. I wanna be something nice, successful. I want money, a lot of money. A lot of people say money doesn't buy dreams. I am not buying my dreams, I'll make them using my money, make my parents proud and hopefully someday enjoy vacations where my Dad wouldn't have to worry about getting back to work. And I need three things in my life, Money, religion and family. Nothing more, nothing less.

Now step out of the house and beat the heat. :D
